• 10:30 am- 3:00 pm and 4:30 pm- 8:30 pm Monday- Friday
• open schedule on weekends and holidays
• Deliver bread and water to tables
• Clear and resets tables
• Set up and break down condiment station and “To Go” station
• Read orders to cooks
• Tray up orders when tickets are complete
• Able to understand , speak, read and write English
• Able to manually lift 50 lbs.

Certified Nurse Assistant

• PRN- on call all shifts
• State of IL C.N.A Certification required
• Minimum 1 year work experience in skilled or long-term care environment preferred
• Work in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Dementia unit
• Possess CPR certification
• Able to understand, speak, read and write English
• Able to manually lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to assist in transferring residents who weigh in excess of 100 lbs.
• Able to tolerate long periods of walking, bending and standing
• Able to push customers in wheelchairs frequently
