• Prepare ingredients and cooks meals per Executive Chef’s instruction
• Prepare food, equipment, and other needed materials for special events
• Provide input on menu suggestions based on ingredients in stock
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment used in food preparation
• Check in food deliveries and ensures all food materials are put away
• Three years cooking experience in cold and hot foods, sauté or other area of expertise preferred
• Sanitation license preferred
• Able to understand , speak, read and write English
• Able to manually lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to tolerate long periods of walking, bending and standing
• Able to transport food cart
Nurse -RN

• PRN on-call/ All shifts
• Provide nursing care for Assisted Living, Memory Enhancement and Skilled members
• Provide assistance with ADL’s, food service and activity programs
• Manage medication for members
• Minimum 1 year work experience as nurse in long-term care environment preferred
• Licensed in Illinois as a Registered Nurse
• Manage medication for members
• Possess CPR certification
• Able to understand, speak, read and write English
• Able to manually lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to assist in transferring residents who weigh in excess of 100 lbs.
• Able to tolerate long periods of walking, bending and standing
• Able to push customers in wheelchairs frequently
