Fitness Center
You’ll find The Garlands fitness center refreshingly complete. Ours is a sprawling, state-of-the-art facility designed to help you on your path to greater health and wellness.

Here you’ll have access to the most up-to-date equipment and technology, invigorating aerobics classes, plus hands-on guidance from our encouraging personal trainer. Many members experience greater flexibility, strength and stamina through regular trips to the fitness center.

Aquatic Center
Whether you like swimming laps, water aerobics, or just soaking in the hot tub, you’ll love our Aquatic Center. Featuring a heated, near-Olympic-sized pool, spacious locker rooms, steam-room and sauna, the entire facility is surrounded by wall-to-wall windows and bathed in sunlight year round.
