Memory Support

Skilled Nursing
Members of The Garlands who require specialized, long-term care or short-term rehabilitation have access to our Skilled Nursing residences. Completely certified by Medicare, we offer very comfortable, private rooms with baths. A full complement of services, including occupational, physical and speech therapies, provide a convenient path to recovery for those recuperating from temporary illness or in need of ongoing nursing care.
