Step 1: Preparing Your Home for Sale
We'll help make your home sale a success!
The All the Right Moves team can:
- Coordinate with your real estate agent and other professionals
to help make your home sale a success.
- Stage your house using simple interior design techniques and tips
that create a memorable first impression for potential buyers.
- Organize, de-clutter and pack certain aspects of your home to make it
"show-ready" and help it sell as quickly as possible and for a higher return.
- Assist in dispersing the items that you no longer want or need.
Step 2: Planning for Your New Home
The best moves are well-thought out. Let us help you with the heavy lifting!
Sometimes it's nice to have a second opinion and a bended ear when it comes to planning for your new home. All the Right Moves staff can help you:
- Determine what to bring to your new home and what to leave behind, giving preference to sentiment, function and aesthetics.
- Work with the schematics of your new home to ensure the furniture and items you want to bring with you will fit properly.
Step 3: Moving On
Plan the entire move. We will complete time-consuming steps and supply indispensable advice long before the truck arrives and well after it leaves.
We will do as much or as little as you like from the following options:
- Recommend a licensed, professional moving company and pay for standard in-state moving expenses.
- Furnish moving supplies including sturdy boxes and packing material.
- Pack in an organized and speedy manner. We will make sure your treasured possessions and even antiques are packed with care, labeled properly and inventoried.
- Provide change of address notifications.
- Oversee the movers as they load the content onto the truck.
- Clean the original house.
Step 4: Moving to Your New Garlands Home
It's moving day! Don't worry about a thing!
The All the Right Moves team will:
- Direct movers as they unload.
- Set-up your new home in an organized fashion including unpacking all of the boxes, setting up your furniture, hanging up the art and disposing of the packing materials.
- Check utilities and ensure telephone and Internet lines are connected.
- Arrange for hospitality services, including boxed lunch and optional complimentary hotel suite stay for moving day.
- Schedule a routine cleaning for your new home.
- Schedule an orientation to your new home.
