A career healthcare and hospitality professional, Nancy served in many seniors housing capacities, including activities, social services, sales, marketing, administration and operations. Prior to The Garlands she oversaw new construction, hiring and leadership training and developed the assisted and independent living side of a family-run, Illinois-based organization that operates fifteen older adult housing communities.
Lin is a certified financial manager, management accountant, and public accountant who has served as an Accounting Manager and Director of Corporate Accounting for leading Chicago and northwest suburban healthcare and international banking organizations.
A licensed nursing home administrator, Dawn oversees all aspects of operations for The Garlands of Barrington and Prairieview at The Garlands including administration, hospitality services, sales and marketing, and health care services.
