If you enjoy fine dining in Chicago, you may have already gotten a taste of what’s to come on The Garlands menu. The Garlands new Executive Chef Ergin Zekirovski has cooked at Gibson’s Italia, LondonHouse Chicago and the legendary Pump Room at Public.
The Garlands is fortunate to have Chef Ergin here now to create memorable dining experiences for members and their guests while upholding the very highest standards of cooking. Chef Ergin says his goal is to create the “WOW factor” through culinary dishes that elevate the familiar to exceptional.
Chef Ergin hails from Denmark and was educated at the Culinary School of Denmark. He and his wife recently welcomed a baby boy, adding a bit more sugar and spice to Chef’s life.
