Guided by our resident experts—Inspirational Wellness Advisor, Dr. Sandra Sieber and Fitness Coach, Bethanie Lochman—and with the convenience of an on-site fitness center, aerobics/yoga studio and aquatic center, Garlands members have all the support and tools they need to look and feel their best!
“Be happy, be happy and be well,” is more than a motto, it’s a way of life for Dr. Seiber, Bethanie and their fitness followers.
“It is my life’s passion to inspire and empower others by educating about healthfulness, happiness and feeling well,” Dr. Sieber enthuses, ”which is exactly what I get to do here every day.” The members, many of whom credit Dr. Sieber for their new lease on life, are grateful for her enthusiastic approach to making a difference in their lives.
In much the same way, a focus on health and wellness is not just Bethanie’s career, it’s her life’s calling. “I practice what I preach, and my passion is helping others understand the importance of exercise,” says Bethanie, who whole-heartedly and enthusiastically supports The Garlands active aging philosophy.
