In fact, after a day of cupcakes and swimming with her grandchildren in The Garlands heated pool, Grandma Eibl’s sweet, new Birch home was officially dubbed “grandchild approved” as well!
“My grandkids tell me that they want to live here,” she smiles. “When I asked, ‘What about mom and dad?’ the kids said they could come too!”

One of the “extra-credit plusses” Marie appreciates about her new home is the fact that there is “just so much to do at The Garlands!”
“Every morning, I wake up a little excited and ask myself, what did I sign up for today?’”she exclaims.
So far, Marie took her first guitar lesson at Rock of Ages (“it’s where the teenagers go!”), joined the genealogy research group, and attended fitness, Zumba, and yoga classes regularly.
Ever the teacher, Marie reports that at The Garlands, “I’m always learning more and gaining from it!”
With readily available opportunities and new friends with whom she can share the experiences, Marie’s new Garlands home and lifestyle officially “make the grade.”
