That’s why we’re proud to announce that Prarieview at The Garlands is a 2023 recipient of Telligen’s Blue Ribbon in COVID-19 Vigilance Award!
Recipients of this award must meet several criteria, such as completing a preparedness attestation and achieving an up-to-date staff and resident vaccination rate. Prarieview at the Garlands did all of this and more. Take that, Covid!
At the helm of Covid compliance at The Garlands is Dawn Kempf, Garlands Chief Operating and Compliance Officer. By early adaptation and implementation of a Covid-preparedness plan that included an on-staff Infection Preventionist, a COVID-19 infection and control staff testing plan, a COVID-19 cohorting plan for residents who tested/test positive, a policy for safe visitation for residents, visitors, and staff, and an Emergency Preparedness Plan, Garlands members can continue to rest assured.
