A non-invasive cardiologist, Dr. Luger created the Metabolic Health Consortium at Rush and the Rush Cardiovascular Disease Prevention Program at Beyond Hunger, a local food pantry. He also serves as Secretary of the Medical Executive Committee and Chairman of Internal Medicine at Rush Oak Park Hospital.
