For ten weeks Garlands cooks battled it out to see who could build a better burger.
The Garlands Burger Battle set out to find the juiciest, beefiest, tastiest, and bestburger.
Throughout the summer Garlands cooks brawled in a bracket-style culinary competition for top bovine-on-a-bun bragging rights.
The challenge was to not only build a better burger but to also sell the most of their ground-beef masterpieces.
“The Garlands Best Burger Challenge calls upon the collaboration of both the back-or-the-house and the front-of the house,” says Garlands Executive Chef Glenn Zamet. “Not only does the competition result in clever and tasty combinations, but it also creates camaraderie throughout the whole house as the servers get into hyping their favorite burgers to the members.”
