Rosalina

The Garlands hires kind, outgoing, and caring personalities, trains for service, and treats their team members as a part of the family. As such, some of The Garlands first dedicated team members remain proud to serve Garlands members today.

Rosalina “Rose” Villarama, Prairieview at The Garlands

Rose Villarama began caring for residents during the 3rd shift since Prairieview at The Garlands opened 18 years ago.

Throughout the night, Rose checks on the members and assists with whatever  they need saying, “We know their routines and their preferences, and we treat  them like family.”

Coming to work at a U.S. News and World Report’s 5-star community is a point of pride for Rose who says, “When people ask me where I work, I’m proud to tell them that I work at The Garlands of Barrington—it is top of the line, I must say.”

Looking back, she says, “Working at Prairieview is really one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The Garlands is a very good company, and they really look after the team members.”
